At just 10 years old, Jacob is set to participate in the new PBS Kids live-action short-form series titled America’s Awesome Kids. The series is meant to showcase kids from across the country and share what’s special about where they live, their hobbies and passions, and how they are making an impact in their local communities.

Jacob was chosen for his leadership abilities, his hobbies, and his diverse interests. He launched an anti-bullying campaign at his school after suffering from being bullied himself.

Jacob wanted to spread awareness and kindness instead of mistreatment. He designed and distributed materials around his school to showcase how bullying can be stopped and encourage kids to be kinder to one another. These materials included positive signs, encouraging bookmarks, and even small giveaways to promote additional acts of kindness.

Jacob’s efforts have not gone unnoticed, and his determination to be a force for change and positivity is a testament to the kind of person he is. Today’s youth are doing incredible things and advocating for a kinder and closer community. It truly does take a village, and Jacob has shown that even the youngest members can contribute to the success of the community.
