Ms. Madoshi and Ms. Moore share stories about their experience in the 1960's as icons of the movement.

Unity Lewis: A Generation of Art
Renowned artist Unity Lewis shares his experience representing generations of artists.
Moderator: Anissa McGhee - Whitney High School

Black Excellence - Three panelists share their journey.
Panelists: Reginald Williams, Fire Chief, City of Rocklin; Dr. William Syms Ph.D., Executive Dean of Student Equity and Completion; Carolyn Lee, VP of Agency, State Farm Insurance, Retired.

Griot - A griot is a West African historian, storyteller, praise singer, poet, and/or musician. The griot is a repository of oral tradition and is often seen as a leader due to their position as an advisor to royal personages.
